How this website handles information you share with us.

Chitoliro is an African enterprise built in Malawi. This page describes how the website treats information submitted through public forms.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry or a job application, we store the details you provide (such as name, email, organisation, message, and any file you attach) so we can respond. We also receive standard technical logs from the web server.

How we use it

Enquiries and applications are used only to respond to you and to administer Chitoliro's work. They are not sold.

Retention

Records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or application and any related follow-up. You may ask for a record to be updated or removed by writing to the contact email published on this site (or via the contact form if an email is not yet listed).

Placeholders

Until a public contact email is added in site settings, that field remains an obvious placeholder and should not be treated as a working address.
